Harbour & Palm is the trading name of Clicked IN FZE LLC. We source and arrange accommodation across the United Arab Emirates by enquiry — this website is a directory, not a booking engine.
We deliberately do not publish live availability or nightly rates. Availability and price for short-term accommodation change constantly and are set by the accommodation providers we work with. Publishing numbers we cannot stand behind would give you a false sense of certainty, so instead we confirm everything with the provider and put it to you in writing before you commit anything.
That means one enquiry, one written quotation with the full cost and the cancellation terms, and one named contact you can reach during our published support hours. If we cannot source something suitable for your dates, we tell you promptly rather than keep you waiting. See how it works.

What we do
- · Present accommodation accurately, with photography supplied by providers
- · Confirm availability with the provider before quoting
- · State the total cost, taxes, deposits and cancellation deadline in writing
- · Name the party that will take payment, before any payment is made
- · Provide practical local support within published hours
What we don't do
- · Take bookings or payments through this website
- · Display live availability or nightly rates we cannot guarantee
- · Publish ratings, reviews or awards we have not genuinely received
- · Claim government endorsement, licensing or approval we do not hold
- · Guarantee income or occupancy to owners, or give legal, tax or investment advice
The way an enquiry is handled internally
Every enquiry is read by a person, not routed into an automated availability engine. We start from what you have told us — dates, group, area and the things that actually matter to you — and check it against the properties we hold current permission to offer.
We then go back to the accommodation provider for the specific dates. Only once they confirm in writing do we build your quotation, and only then does a number reach you. If the provider goes quiet, or the property turns out to be unavailable, you hear that from us rather than waiting.
Nothing is held, reserved or charged along the way. The first commitment either party makes is when you accept a quotation in writing.

- 02Shortlist against permissionsWe only propose properties we currently hold documented permission to offer for your dates.
- 03Confirm with the providerAvailability, the exact unit, the terms and who invoices are all confirmed in writing with the provider.
- 04Quote in fullOne written quotation: total, taxes, fees, deposit, balance date, cancellation deadline and payment recipient.
- 05Your decisionAccept, ask questions, or decline. Declining costs nothing and closes the file.
Commitments we hold ourselves to
Accurate description
If a photograph no longer represents the unit, the listing comes down until we have current images from the provider.
Written before verbal
Anything that affects cost, cancellation or access is confirmed in writing, even if we have already discussed it by phone.
No pressure tactics
No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no "three people are viewing this" prompts. Real scarcity is stated plainly when it exists.
Named payment recipient
You always know which legal entity is taking your money before you send any. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
Data kept minimal
We collect what an enquiry needs and no more, and we do not sell contact details to third parties.
Complaints answered
Complaints are acknowledged and worked through a published procedure rather than absorbed into a support inbox.
