These House Rules apply to every Harbour & Palm managed property. Property-specific rules may add to these and are shown on the property page and in the check-in message.

Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum shown on the property page. All guests staying overnight must be declared at booking.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No smoking indoors

Smoking, vaping or shisha inside the property is not permitted. Cleaning charges apply for any breach.

No parties or events

Parties, events, gatherings and commercial photography without prior written approval are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 22:00 – 08:00. Persistent noise complaints may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Children

Children are welcome. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around pools and balconies.

Pets

Pets are only permitted at properties explicitly marked as pet-friendly and by prior written approval. Additional cleaning terms may apply.

Community rules

Guests must comply with the rules of the building or compound, including access, parking, waste, pool and gym usage.

Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay. Documented costs are deducted from any security deposit or invoiced separately.

Compliance with UAE law

Guests must comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates at all times.
