These are the general standards we expect for accommodation we arrange. Each property also has its own rules set by the accommodation provider. Where the two differ, the provider's property-specific rules apply, and they are confirmed in writing in your quotation and check-in instructions before your stay.

Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum confirmed for the property. All overnight guests, including children, must be declared when you enquire. Undeclared guests may be refused entry by the provider.

Identification

UAE guest-registration requirements mean the provider may require passport or Emirates ID details for each adult guest before or at check-in. This is a legal obligation, not a discretionary request.

Check-in and check-out

Times vary by property and are confirmed in writing. Early check-in and late check-out are requests, subject to availability, and may carry a charge.

No smoking indoors

Smoking, vaping and shisha inside the property are not permitted. Cleaning charges may apply for a breach.

No parties or events

Parties, events, large gatherings and commercial photography are not permitted without prior written approval.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are normally 22:00 to 08:00. Persistent noise complaints may lead the provider to end the stay, and refunds in that situation are governed by the provider's terms.

Children and safety

Children are welcome unless a property states otherwise. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around pools, balconies and open water.

Pets

Pets are only permitted where a property is confirmed as pet-friendly and prior written approval is given.

Community rules

Guests must follow the rules of the building or community, including access, parking, waste disposal, and pool and gym use.

Damage

Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Documented costs may be deducted from a security deposit held by the provider or invoiced separately. See the Refund Policy.

Compliance with UAE law

Guests must comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates at all times.
