Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting entity
The website harbourandpalm.online and its booking services are operated by Clicked IN FZE LLC ("Harbour & Palm", "we", "us"). Registered office: Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The lead guest is responsible for all guests on the reservation.
3. Formation of the booking
A booking is formed only when we confirm your reservation in writing by email after successful payment. The booking confirmation, together with these Terms, the Booking and Cancellation Policy, the House Rules and the Privacy Policy, constitutes the agreement between you and Harbour & Palm.
4. Accurate guest information
You must provide accurate information about all guests, including number, ages of any children and country of residence. Undeclared guests may be refused entry or the reservation may be terminated without refund.
5. Price presentation and payment
Prices are shown in AED unless otherwise stated. The total displayed before payment includes the nightly rate for the selected dates, cleaning and service fees and applicable taxes or statutory charges. Optional extras are shown separately. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment provider; we do not store raw payment card details.
6. Deposits and balances
Some bookings and rate plans require an amount payable at booking and a remaining balance payable in advance of arrival, disclosed before payment. A refundable security deposit may apply and, where relevant, is confirmed pre-arrival.
7. Identification
Guests may be required to provide valid photographic identification prior to or upon check-in in line with UAE guest registration requirements. Failure to provide identification may result in cancellation without refund.
8. Occupancy limits
The maximum occupancy shown on the property page must not be exceeded, including infants unless stated. Additional guests must be pre-approved in writing.
9. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on each property page and repeated in the confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are requests and are not automatically guaranteed.
10. Property rules
Guests must abide by the House Rules of each property, including no smoking indoors, no parties or events, quiet hours and community rules of the building or compound.
11. Damage and security deposits
Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay. Where a security deposit applies, it is refunded after inspection, less any documented costs for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
12. Prohibited activities
Illegal activity, activities that breach UAE law, sub-letting, use of the property for commercial photography or filming without written approval, and behaviour that disturbs neighbours are strictly prohibited.
13. Noise and community obligations
Quiet hours are typically 22:00 – 08:00. Persistent noise complaints may result in termination of the reservation without refund and additional charges levied by the building or community.
14. Changes by the guest
Requests to change dates, guest numbers or property are subject to availability, the rate plan and any rate difference. Amendments are not automatically approved.
15. Changes by the operator
In rare cases we may need to relocate a booking to a comparable property or offer a full refund. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
16. Cancellations
Cancellation rights depend on the rate plan (Flexible, Moderate, Non-refundable) selected before payment. See the Booking and Cancellation Policy.
17. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, governmental restrictions or infrastructure outages. Where a stay cannot proceed for these reasons, we will offer a refund or alternative arrangements in line with the Booking and Cancellation Policy.
19. Third-party services
Optional extras (airport transfers, additional housekeeping, tours) may be provided by third parties. We coordinate the request in good faith; third-party performance is subject to those third parties' terms.

21. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Harbour & Palm's aggregate liability arising out of a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking. We do not exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
