Booking and Cancellation Policy

Each property is offered under a specific rate plan. The applicable rate plan and its conditions are displayed before payment and repeated in the booking confirmation. Cancellation deadlines are calculated in the property's local time zone.

Flexible rate plan

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before check-in.

Moderate rate plan

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
  • First night is non-refundable if cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

Non-refundable rate plan

  • Payments are not refundable on cancellation. This rate plan is typically offered at a lower rate.

Extended-stay (28+ nights)

  • Terms are agreed at booking. Cancellation and early-departure rules vary by property and length of stay.

Non-refundable charges

Payment processor fees, government fees where applicable and, on some rate plans, cleaning fees may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation deadline. Any such deductions are shown on the refund confirmation.

No-shows and early departures

Failure to arrive is treated as a cancellation on the day of arrival. Early departures do not entitle the guest to a refund of the remaining nights unless the applicable rate plan expressly permits it.

Operator-initiated cancellations

If Harbour & Palm needs to cancel a booking (for example, in a force-majeure situation or if a property becomes unavailable), we will offer a full refund or, where possible, relocation to a comparable property with any rate difference clarified in writing.

Approval and refunds

Cancellations must be submitted via Manage Booking or by contacting reservations. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary by card issuer and are outside our control.
