2. What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us: name, email, telephone, preferred location, dates, occupancy and requirements.
• Correspondence with us by email, telephone or messaging application.
• Property-owner enquiry details where you contact us as an owner.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, generated when you visit the website.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. There is no checkout, no stored card data, and no account or password to create.

3. Identity documents

UAE guest-registration rules mean identification may be required before or at check-in. Where that applies, it is normally collected by the accommodation provider. If we ever handle such documents, we do so only to pass them to the provider for that stay, and we do not retain them longer than needed for that purpose.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and check availability with accommodation providers.
• To prepare and issue written quotations and, if you accept, coordinate the arrangement.
• To provide support, handle complaints and keep records of what was agreed.
• To operate and secure the website and prevent misuse.
• To comply with legal, tax and record-keeping obligations in the UAE.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. Who we share it with

Only as needed: accommodation providers relevant to your enquiry, and service providers who host our website and deliver our email. We also disclose information where required by law or a competent authority.

6. Enquiries sent by email

Enquiry forms on this website open your own email application with the details pre-filled; the message is sent from your email account to ours. Email is not an encrypted channel end to end — please do not send identity documents or financial details unless we specifically ask.

7. Retention

Unanswered or unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Records relating to an arrangement we coordinated are retained for as long as required by applicable UAE tax and commercial record-keeping rules.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access to correspondence. No system is completely secure.

9. Cross-border processing

Some providers, such as hosting and email, may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.

10. Your rights

11. Children

The website is not directed at children. We only process details of minors where an adult provides them as part of an enquiry about occupancy.
