Longer stays are arranged on different terms from short breaks: a minimum term, an instalment schedule, a security deposit, and a written agreement on utilities and housekeeping. Monthly rates are never published here — they depend on the property, the season and the length of the term, and reach you in a written quotation.

Clean frequency, linen and towel changes, and whether laundry is in-unit or shared are set out in the quotation — not left to be discovered on arrival.
