Harbour & Palm is a UAE accommodation agency operating on an enquiry basis. This page sets out exactly what happens, and what does not happen, so you know what you are dealing with before you contact us.

You send an enquiry
Dates, group size, area and anything essential to your stay. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken. You are not committed to anything.

We check with the property
We contact the accommodation provider and confirm whether your dates are genuinely available. If they are not, we say so and offer alternatives, or tell you we cannot help.

You receive a written quotation
In writing, before you commit: the total price, the currency, taxes and fees, any deposit, the cancellation deadline, who takes payment and by what method, and the check-in and check-out times.

You decide
You can accept, ask questions, or decline. Declining costs nothing. A stay is only arranged once you accept the quotation in writing.

Payment and confirmation
Payment is made to the accommodation provider or through the method named in your quotation — never to a personal account. You receive written confirmation of the arrangement.

Support before and during your stay
We remain your point of contact for questions, changes and problems, within our published support hours.
What this website does not do
No online booking
You cannot reserve accommodation on this website. There is no checkout and no instant confirmation.
No card payments online
We do not collect card details on this website and we are not the merchant of record for your stay.
No published rates
Rates depend on dates, length of stay and the provider. Publishing a number we cannot honour would be misleading, so we do not.
No live availability
The accommodation pages are a directory. They do not show whether a property is free on your dates.
No guest reviews
We do not display reviews, because we have no verified review process in place yet.
No occupancy or income guarantees
For property owners, we make no promise of bookings, income or returns.
Who you are contracting with
The website harbourandpalm.online is operated by Clicked IN FZE LLC, trading as Harbour & Palm, of Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
We act as an accommodation agency. We source and arrange accommodation provided by third parties. Unless a quotation states otherwise, we do not own or operate the accommodation, we are not the merchant of record, and the accommodation provider's own terms govern the stay itself. Those terms are summarised in your quotation before you commit.
Money and payment safety
- We never ask for payment before sending a written quotation.
- We never ask for payment into a personal bank account.
- We never ask for full card numbers by email or messaging app.
- If you receive such a request in our name, stop and email management@harbourandpalm.online.
If something goes wrong
Contact us first. We escalate to the accommodation provider on your behalf, keep you informed, and set out in writing what we can and cannot resolve. Our complaints route and response times are on the Support page.
