What happens after this summary

  1. 1. We check your dates with the accommodation provider.
  2. 2. If the stay is genuinely available, we issue a written quotation that expires on a stated date.
  3. 3. You accept, amend or decline in writing. Nothing is confirmed until you accept.
  4. 4. Payment, where it applies, is arranged directly with the party named in the quotation.
  5. 5. The provider issues the booking confirmation and check-in details.

Payment is only ever taken against an accepted written quotation, through our secure checkout on the payment gateway. We never ask for full card details by email or for payment to a personal account.
