Business accommodation across the UAE
For visiting executives, project teams, relocating employees, consultants and travel coordinators. Programmes are arranged by enquiry and quoted in writing — there is no online booking.

One point of contact
A named contact for the whole programme, within our published support hours.
Extended accommodation
Weekly and monthly arrangements for longer assignments, quoted individually.
Multiple-unit requests
Coordination of grouped stays for project teams, subject to what is genuinely available.
Written quotations
Total cost, taxes and fees, deposits, cancellation deadlines and payment recipient stated up front.
Invoicing
Consolidated invoicing on request, agreed before the programme starts.
Honest answers
If we cannot source suitable accommodation for your dates, we say so rather than stall.
Harbour & Palm acts as an accommodation agency. Rates and availability are set by third-party accommodation providers and are only binding once confirmed in a written quotation. See how it works.
Programmes we typically arrange
Construction and engineering projects
Grouped accommodation near a site, usually Business Bay, Creek Harbour or the northern emirates, on rolling monthly terms with staggered arrival dates.
Consulting and audit teams
Short, repeat stays in Downtown, DIFC-adjacent Business Bay or Abu Dhabi, with workspace and reliable connectivity treated as requirements rather than extras.
Relocation and onboarding
Furnished accommodation from 28 nights while an employee finds permanent housing, with the end date left flexible where the provider allows it.
Events, exhibitions and conferences
Blocks of units around event weeks, where availability closes early and provider terms are least flexible — we say plainly when a request is no longer realistic.

Common questions from travel teams
Can you hold units while we get approval?
Only if the provider agrees to a hold, and we will tell you exactly how long it lasts. We never imply a hold exists when it does not.
Can you invoice a company rather than an individual?
Yes, where the provider supports it. The invoicing entity is named in the quotation before you approve anything.
Can dates be extended mid-programme?
Often, but never assume it. Extensions depend on the provider's forward availability and are re-quoted in writing.
Do you charge the guest a booking fee?
No fee is added by us that is not itemised on your quotation. Anything payable is shown before you approve.
